Being a specialist in the use of therapeutic sequences of Yoga, healthy eating, therapeutic massage and Shiatsu for I have been preparing Yoga teachers around the world: Miami, New York, London, Madrid, Lisbon, Colorado, Bogota, Medellin, Buenos Aires and Lima for over 20 years.

Whether you want to be a Yoga teacher or you just want to deepen your personal yoga practice and theory, this program is for you. It is designed for ALL levels of practice, you do not need to have experience or be flexible.
