If you have more time you can do the Asana section twice and then practice for almost 20 minutes and add a bit of anything you like to do if you have some extra time. This video’s sequence is the foundation to having a self practice where you have confidence to practice at home anytime you want so you can get the maximum benefits Yoga has to offer…which is really only experienced when DAILY PRACTICE begins.
