Dairy Foods are made for infants of the species only.  Milk, Cheese, Yogurt and other Dairy products are asking adult mammals to return to the teat… but the teat of  another species entirely.  Cows are 2000 lbs hoofed bovines and cows milk is made by God to grow cows.  Your mom would not want you to return to her breast.

Dairy has several dark sides.  Females being tortured with metal clamps that create injuries and bleeding from the lactation glands.  Mother is separated from newborn calf which then gets tortured to become the gourmet food called veal.

Dairy contains casein and lactose both of which are tied to tumor growth and cancer.
