Is Fish Healthy? This is a very common question! Here is the answer!
Time to put this question of FISH to its final resting place!
Here it goes take it or leave it as usual i’m not interested in convincing you… either get the benefits or don’t… up to you.
With FISH you are told that it is a great source of Essential Fatty Acids… i won’t even address the ridiculous protein question here…most ‘experts’ suggest fish for ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS. I will address that in a moment…. anyway here is what you get when you eat FISH.
1. NUCLEAR RADIATION… all water is connected and JAPAN is still sending millions of gallons of nuclear isotope contaminated water into the Pacific ocean…and that is the tip of that iceberg.
2. HEAVY METALS – Like Mercury which bioaccumulates in the fat of the big hunted fish…. heavy metals everyone is not a small subject because that affects the BRAIN and BRAIN DEVELOPMENT!
3. PARASITES – Nobody wants to imagine the amount of parasite eggs ingested when fish is eaten…and if you eat SUSHI… the fish is not being cooked and the parasites are not being killed.
There are SO MANY REASONS TO NOT EAT FISH…that i can literally go on forever… but those 3 reasons above should be enough for anyone give second thoughts to that advice.
The BEST way to get the ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS… OMEGA 3… OMEGA 6 etc is to eat the same foods that the fish eat…the blue green algae like Spirulina for example or any of the MANY plant foods RICH IN OMEGAS!
Good FATS means GREAT SKIN!!! Cooked or Rotten or Fried FATS means EARLY AGING!
You would never be advised by anyone who is well studied and interested in your longterm wellness to eat fish…. unless you were starving on a boat adrift at sea…and then i will share the fish with you…and thank GOD for the gift of life.
