Lifestyle Requirements
Dietary discipline is required. Experience is the foundation of leadership. No alcohol
and no addictive substances. The more extreme you can take it…the better you will be
able to lead people in difficult situations. We recommend 100% Raw Vegan as the most

Journal
10 minutes daily of journaling. This is a period of time that you will experience many
things. A wide spectrum of emotions and feelings from highs to lows…can be expected
as your body adapts to this significant increase of energy it now has available. Enjoy
the process of chronicling your journey and make sure to write as personal as you wish
as it will remain private…School of Plant Nutrition Faculty does not read this journal.

Food Log
Recording all food and drink taken into your official journal. Bringing awareness to the
subject is a powerful practice and one that will help you appreciate its importance.

Advanced Meditation Teacher Training Program

Our training combines Yoga Asana, Alignment, Teaching Techniques, Pranayama, Anatomy, Yoga Healing for Therapy, Meditation, Mantras, Philosophy of the Deities, Yoga Sutras, Sanskrit, Holistic Nutrition, Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Curating Playlist, Business of Yoga and a great deal more. This is a Yoga Alliance- certified training and as such adheres to the prime directive of Yoga Alliance which is the ability to teach a safety oriented professional class.

All students have full online access and are welcomed to participate online when they are unable to attend in-person.

Sessions will be live-streamed via Zoom. Pre recorded sessions will be sent when needed on the following day after class.
