Why is Everyone Failing to Achieve Goals?
By Fred Busch
There are so many experts in so many fields of wellness. There really are so many talented and knowledgeable people who have great intentions and want to help people.
So given that there are so many resources and good people out there working to help everybody then why are so many of us so imbalanced and unwell? Why is the health situation of modern man deteriorating when his knowledge and ability to reach the masses through media is so powerful?
I have one very simple answer to these questions. And the answer is 1! To many people are focussing on only 1 of the factors needed to be employed for wellness. The personal trainer is coaching about the physical body and ignoring the mind and nutrition.
The classically trained Nutritionist ignores exercise and the mind. The psychological kingdom is working with the mind but ignoring nutrition and the exercise.
And the list goes on of experts who work in their field without realizing that their field represents only one of the factors needed to attain sustainable wellbeing.
One of the things that the most successful trainers and personal coaches have long realized is that there must be a multidimensional approach if we are looking for long term success. It is simply not enough to only focus on the body, or the mind, or the spirit, or nutrition.
An approach that integrates all of these factors into a holistic system is what is needed. This multi-faceted approach allows each of the variable to strengthen the overall system creating what we will be describing as the Feedback Cycle that is so important.
This is why I founded The School of Plant Nutrition and created the Online Health Educator Certification to train students and professionals to become multidimensional healers.
To succeed in our goals we must all eat as well as we can so that our body and mind perform optimally. Fruit is a good food to focus on!
It is also imperative that we exercise every day for the same reasons! Yoga and Swimming are excellent exercise routines.
