When it comes to an intention of wanting to feel better in your life and also to lose weight, there is only one approach to be recommended. \u00a0You be the scientist and see how this stuff works for yourself. \u00a0Information that we present related to eating less animal foods and less fried foods and more raw plant based foods, will have an effect on you. \u00a0It is your duty to see how that effect relates to your intention. \u00a0Is the guidance away from animal foods helping you to achieve your goals? \u00a0This is the questions and the only way to answer this question is to know your goals and to have the real experience to gauge whether the protocol worked or not. \u00a0Don’t take other people’s words for things… only experience can teach so i suggest to give a change 2 weeks without exceptions to see the effects! \u00a0Symptoms can disappear, renewed vigor and youthfulness await you… but you need to feel them for yourself to know they are real!<\/p>\n
